1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ChineseCheck, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

ChineseCheck provides credit reports for Chinese companies based on publicly available government data and official records.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when purchasing reports
• Use the service only for legitimate business purposes
• Not share or redistribute purchased reports without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Term and Termination

These Terms take effect the first time you access ChineseCheck and remain in force for as long as you use the service. You may stop using the service, and close your account, at any time.

If you breach these Terms, including the obligations set out in Section 3, we may take any of the following enforcement actions, with or without prior notice, in proportion to the severity of the breach:

• Issue a warning and require you to correct the violation
• Suspend your access to the service, temporarily or indefinitely
• Cancel pending orders and decline to generate further reports
• Revoke access to report pages hosted on our platform
• Terminate your account and refuse future service

We may also suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe the service is being used unlawfully, to redistribute reports without permission, or in a way that threatens the security or integrity of the service or of the data sources we rely on.

Termination for breach does not create any entitlement to a refund beyond what our Refund Policy provides. Sections 6 (Data Accuracy), 7 (Intellectual Property), and 8 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination of these Terms.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Reports are generated immediately after successful payment. Once a report has been generated and delivered, it is not refundable on the basis of what it contains, of dissatisfaction with the findings, or of a change of mind.

Refunds remain available where we fail to deliver, where a charge was made in error, and in the other circumstances set out in our Refund Policy, which governs in the event of any inconsistency with this section.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, all data is sourced from third-party databases and public records. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by ChineseCheck and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChineseCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
